Terms & Conditions for Vendors

    • Booth space: One space is provided per vendor.

    • Vendor Fee: $50/booth

    • Payment: To lock in your spot, form and payment must be received.

    • Arrival: Please arrive between 10 AM - 11 AM to setup your space.

    • Departure: The event ends at 6 PM.

    • Cleanup: Leave your space clean. Take all your trash with you.

    • Items: Sell only the items you listed on your sign-up form.

    • Safety: Keep your area safe for all guests. Keep walkways clear.

    • Behavior: Be kind and polite to staff, guests, and other vendors. We do not allow rude behavior.

    • Risk: You take part in this event at your own risk.

    • Loss: The Hanover Arts & Activities Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

    • Injury: The Hanover Arts & Activities Center is not responsible for any injuries that happen at your booth.

    • This event is held rain or shine. We have a no-refund policy.
